The general ambiance is very nice, with soft lounge music on (no vulgar pop, what a relief!) The food was very good and the staff was very friendly and supportive. The hotel provides a free ticket to the cable car down to Roza Khutor. Even foggy and rainy weather of late September didn't spoil the stay.

We got to the property early and had to use a luggage room - hotel workers were just great and everything was really easy.
