It’s a nice resort city, a bit haphazard and disorganized but all the facilities are there, and the city offers a variety of activities to choose from. My son particularly enjoyed the waterpark. The food is slightly overpriced but quite good. It’s quite easy to get around as there public buses available and taxis are more than affordable.
The prices for the services (taxi, skilifts, ski rentals etc.) are qite high for a russian province. They are on the same level as in many really good places in Europe. On the other hand, in comparison with Europe, the prices of food in the restaurants are very, very attractive (even on the top of the mountains) and the food is always very tasty.
